Where consent is required, we will request it. Where processing is necessary to perform a contract (for example, delivering ERP access you signed up for), we rely on that necessity.

Workspace data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. Files you upload may be stored in object storage and/or our application database depending on configuration.
We apply technical and organisational measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, authentication, and role-based permissions inside the ERP. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong passwords and manage team access carefully.
7. Retention
We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services. We may retain certain records longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, dispute, or security purposes.
You may request deletion of your account by contacting hello@vyoranexus.com. Some anonymised or aggregated analytics may remain after deletion.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
Workspace Owners and Admins control much of the business data inside a tenant. If your data is held in an employer or client workspace, contact that workspace administrator first.

10. Children’s privacy
Vyora is built for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
